How long do transactions take?
BNB Chain transactions typically complete within 3-5 seconds. During high network activity, it may take up to 1-2 minutes. You can track your transaction on BscScan.
I can't see my NFT after purchase
It may take a few moments for your NFT to appear. Refresh the page and check your wallet. If it's been more than 5 minutes, verify the transaction on BscScan using your wallet address.
How do I contact support?

Why is my wallet not connecting?
Ensure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Brave). Check that your wallet extension is installed and unlocked. Make sure you're connected to BNB Chain network, not Ethereum mainnet.
What is gas and why do I need to pay it?
Gas fees are network fees paid to BNB Chain validators for processing transactions. These fees vary based on network congestion and aren't controlled by MintyBlocks.
Can I cancel a transaction after submitting?
Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled. However, if it's pending, you can attempt to speed it up or cancel it using advanced wallet features.
Why can't I see certain NFTs in my wallet?
Some wallets require you to manually add token contracts. Go to your wallet settings, add custom token, and paste the NFT contract address from BscScan.
